If you're unhappy with a product purchased from one of our resellers, please contact the store directly.

If you purchased directly from Thesis, we would gladly assist you with a return. You can make a return within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Please notify us in writing that you want to make a return at before mailing items back to us. Upon receipt of your notification, we will email you return instructions. Please do not mail your item to us before receiving return instructions from us. Refunds are issued upon inspection of the parcels and items. Inbound and outbound shipping costs are customer's responsibility.

We currently ship to select countries in Europe, Asia, and Americas as well as Australia. To be sure we ship to your country, please add an item to the shopping cart and look up your country in the drop down menu.

You can check your shipping costs by adding items to the shopping cart and at the checkout. 
It’s important to be aware that tax and custom duties may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery - these fees are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and do not collect/pay them on your behalf - please check with your country's import regulations.
We ship with USPS first class mail. 

USPS First Class International

This is the cheapest shipping option we can offer for international shipping. This option does not, however, provide an international tracking # or insurance. There is no guarantee that your order will not get lost in transit and we cannot reimburse you if the order is lost. Having said this, packages usually make it to their destination.  We will provide a tracking # for the order but this # will only track the package within the USA.

USPS Priority Mail International
This option comes with insurance and an international tracking #.  Choosing this option allows us to reimburse you or ship a new package in the rare instance that your order may be lost in transit.

Delivery times vary by the country and are anywhere between 7-14 business days, in some cases it might be as long as 3-4 weeks. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. In our experience, most international parcels are delivered within 7-10 business days.
