  • Orders over $75 ship FREE! (via USPS, Fedex/UPS ground - USA only. International customers - please visit this page. Order total before taxes should be $75 after all discounts/coupons/promotions)
     

Most orders ship via USPS. Shipping cost is displayed in your cart and during checkout. 

USA SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship within the USA territory and to APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship to Canada and a number of European and Asian countries as well as Australia. Check out international shipping rates and locations here

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We understand how exciting it is to order something nice & pure, so we are making every effort to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time is calculated according to actual business days and does not include weekends and holidays. Delivery time is estimated by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Delivery time does not include processing and fulfilling time required to take care of your order at our facility.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect sales tax on shipment to the state where we are located - Massachusetts,  USA.
 
CANCELLATIONS
Please carefully consider and review your order before you submit it to us because it is not possible to change or cancel it after that point. With our secure shopping cart, you will be able to review the items ordered, add or remove products and do other modifications to your order before checkout.

REPLACEMENTS
Please follow the instructions for Returns below, they also apply to Replacements. 
 
RETURNS
If you're unhappy with a product purchased from one of our resellers, please contact the store directly.

If you purchased directly from Thesis, we would gladly assist you with a return. You can make a return within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Please notify us in writing that you want to make a return at customercare@thesisbeauty.com before mailing items back to us. Upon receipt of your notification, we will email you return instructions. Please do not mail your item to us before receiving return instructions from us. Refunds are issued upon inspection of the parcels and items. Inbound and outbound shipping costs are customer's responsibility.

- we accept only unopened and unused items - due to the nature of our products
- refund covers the purchase price of merchandise and sales tax if applicable
- shipping costs would be customer's responsibility unless it was our mistake (see Defective / Wrong Items paragraph below). Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, please contact us at customercare@thesisbeauty.com within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date to arrange for a replacement. 
- custom products, Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

We recommend returning your items via methods that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery. We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit.

DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEMS
Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, let us know within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date to arrange for a replacement. We will absolutely replace those and shipping will be on us. If you have received such product, notify us at customercare @ thesisbeauty.com (please omit spaces when using this email).
